Andrew Robards has been a Newcastle mortgage broker for almost fifteen years.
Prior to this, Andrew worked in a major Sydney bank for close to twenty years. During Andrew’s banking career, he gained extensive experience assisting his clients with their personal and business lending needs, as well as financial planning and mortgage broking.
In 2004 when Andrew founded his own financial planning practice, he recognised a need to provide his clients with a holistic service. In response to this, he established his own mortgage broking business, alongside his financial planning practice, enabling him to better service his clients in Newcastle and Sydney.
A never-ending array of loan facilities are available in the marketplace enabling clients to secure funding, while growing lifestyle expectations are giving rise to increasing indebtedness.
For Andrew, this means the management of debt and loan facilities play an important part in wealth creation.
